Select an available appointment and follow the further steps.
During the first session, the focus is on getting to know each other. You will have the opportunity to describe your concerns in a calm setting and outline your current symptoms and expectations.
Together, we will discuss:
Your current situation and symptoms
Relevant pre-existing conditions and previous treatments
Possible stress factors and resources
Your goals and treatment preferences
Depending on the issue, an initial diagnostic assessment may also be conducted. I will then inform you transparently about possible next steps, treatment options, and organizational aspects.
The first session aims to establish a trusting foundation and to clarify together what a meaningful and individually tailored treatment could look like.
An appointment cancellation is generally possible up to one hour before the scheduled time. Details can be found in the booking conditions, which you can review prior to booking a session.
We strive to offer appointments promptly and according to individual urgency. However, due to the currently high demand, a suitable appointment may not always be available immediately.
In this case, we recommend:
Checking our online calendar regularly for available appointments, as cancellations may result in short-notice openings.
Contacting the appointment service center at the nationwide number 116 117 if urgent treatment is required.
In acute emergencies, contacting the nearest psychiatric emergency department directly or calling the emergency number 112.
Thank you for your understanding. We are committed to providing all patients with responsible and high-quality care.
The appropriate treatment depends on your individual symptoms, life situation, and personal goals. A careful diagnostic assessment forms the basis for every therapeutic recommendation.
Depending on the findings, the following treatment approaches may be considered:
Psychotherapeutic sessions (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy)
Pharmacological treatment, if medically indicated
A combination of psychotherapy and medication
Supportive and stabilizing sessions during acute stress situations
Further diagnostic evaluation (e.g., psychological testing)
In a joint discussion, we will clarify transparently which options are clinically appropriate for you and which approach best fits your needs. The goal is always an individually tailored, evidence-based, and responsible treatment plan.
The duration of treatment generally depends on the individual situation, the diagnosis, and the treatment goals. The course and scope of therapy are always agreed upon jointly and transparently.
In some cases, shorter follow-up consultations may be sufficient; in other situations, more comprehensive sessions may be appropriate.
As a general rule: the earlier treatment begins, the more quickly and sustainably stable and healthy outcomes can be achieved.
Mental health difficulties often develop gradually. When they are professionally assessed and treated at an early stage, chronic progression, additional strain, or social consequences can often be prevented.
For this reason, it is advisable not to postpone distressing or “critical” conditions, but to seek timely specialist evaluation. A professional assessment provides clarity, reassurance, and enables a targeted, individually tailored approach.
Taking early action is an active step toward stability, quality of life, and long-term mental health.
You can reach me via the contact form above. I will make every effort to respond to inquiries as promptly as possible.
