From a young age, I was always curious about what shapes a person’s thoughts and emotions. I observed how life experiences influence behavior and how inner struggles can hide behind a calm façade.
This curiosity grew into a deep commitment to helping others — not only by treating symptoms, but by understanding the whole person. Over the years, I came to realize that true healing begins with empathy, trust, and a safe space in which difficult emotions can be explored. Guided by this conviction, I found my path in psychiatry and psychotherapy, and it continues to inspire my daily work to this day.
Today, I carry this belief forward and have had the privilege of accompanying thousands of individuals on their journey back to health, helping them rediscover their well-being.
